20.55

說惑具因緣者，此上三因，謂此且據具因緣說，或有唯託境界力生，如退法根阿羅漢等。

As for "afflictions are said to possess their causes and conditions," these above three causes refer to speaking provisionally of those that possess the full causes and conditions; or else there are some that arise solely by relying on the power of the objective realm, as in the case of arhats endowed with the faculty susceptible to fall.
