無明諸有本，故別為一漏者，三界無明各有五種，此中十五物為無明漏，謂由無明為三有根本，別為一漏也。

"Ignorance is the root of all existences, and is therefore set apart as a single effluent" means that ignorance in the three realms has five kinds each, and here these fifteen entities constitute the effluent of ignorance; that is, because ignorance is the root of the three existences, it is set apart as a single effluent.
