未至果一切者，謂未至定能斷三界見修惑故，具有九遍知果，故言一切。
"The fruit of the unarrived is all": because the unarrived concentration is able to abandon the defilements of seeing and cultivation in the three realms, it fully possesses the fruits of the nine comprehensive knowledges; hence it says "all."
