從此第三，明五上分結，論云：「佛於餘經，如順下分，說順上分亦有五種。」頌曰：
From here, the third part explains the five upper-tier fetters (ūrdhvabhāgīya-saṃyojana). The treatise says: "In other sūtras, just as with those according with the lower tier, the Buddha spoke of those according with the upper tier as also having five kinds." The verse says:
