「纏無慚愧眠，掉惛見修斷，
餘及煩惱垢，自在故唯修。」

"Among the entanglements, shamelessness, non-dread, sleep,
Restlessness, and torpor are abandoned by seeing and by cultivation;
The rest, and the stains of defilement,
Because they are independent, are abandoned only by cultivation."
