餘四遍相應者，餘謂無慚、無愧、昏沈、掉舉，此四通與五受相應，以歡、慼行轉，遍六識故。

As for 'the remaining four are pervasively associated', the 'remaining' refers to lack of shame, lack of conscience, torpor, and restlessness; these four are associated with all five feelings, because they operate with both cheerful and distressed dispositions and pervade the six consciousnesses.
