22.45

「為通治四貪，且辨觀骨鎖，
廣至海復略，名初習業位。
除足至頭半，名為已熟修，
繫心在眉間，名超作意位。」

"To cure all four desires, / we first explain the contemplation of the skeleton.
Expanding to the ocean and contracting again / is called the beginner's stage.
Eliminating [from] the feet up to half the skull / is called practiced cultivation;
Fixing the mind between the eyebrows / is called the stage transcending attention."
