23.15

釋曰：從此生煗法者，從此總相念住成就已，次生煗法，此法如煗，立煗法名。聖道如火，能燒惑薪，聖火前相，故名為煗。

The explanation says: As for "From this arises the dharma of warmth": after this general-characteristic application of mindfulness is accomplished, next arises the dharma of warmth. Because this dharma is like warmth, it is given the name 'dharma of warmth'. The noble path is like fire, capable of burning the firewood of delusion; being the precursor to the noble fire, it is called 'warmth'.
