26.48

釋曰：上句述正宗，下句敘異說。淨無越十六者，無漏為淨，大毘婆娑諸論師言：無有無漏行相越此十六行相也。

The commentary says: The first line states the orthodox tenet, and the second line describes the differing view. 'The pure does not exceed sixteen': 'pure' means undefiled. The masters of the Mahāvibhāṣā say that there is no undefiled aspect that exceeds these sixteen aspects.
