26.88

釋曰：異生聖見道，初念定成一者，謂異生位及聖見道初苦法忍，名為初念。此之異生及初念聖定成一智，謂世俗智。

The commentary explains: "An ordinary person, and a noble one in the path of seeing, definitely possess one at the first moment": this refers to the stage of an ordinary person and the first receptivity to the phenomenon of suffering in the path of seeing of a noble one, which is called the first moment. This ordinary person and the noble one at the first moment definitely possess one knowledge, namely conventional knowledge.
