釋曰：重二者，標名也。緣無學下，正辨釋也。空空等故，名為重二。緣無學字流入下三句中。

Explanation: 'The double two' marks the designations. From 'takes the aśaikṣa as object' downward directly explains [them]. Because of 'emptiness of emptiness', etc., they are called 'double two'. The words 'takes the aśaikṣa as object' flow down into the following three lines.
