有漏人不時者，重三等持唯是有漏，厭聖道故，唯三洲人不時無學能起此定。

'[They are] contaminated, human, occasional': the three double samādhis are exclusively contaminated, because they loathe the noble path; only occasional aśaikṣas among the humans of the three continents can give rise to this concentration.
