通二餘九根者，通有漏、無漏二門，謂意、喜、樂、捨、信等五根，此九皆通有漏、無漏。

"The remaining nine faculties extend to both": they extend to both tainted and untainted. That is, the mind faculty, gladness, pleasure, equanimity, and the five faculties of faith and so forth—these nine all extend to both tainted and untainted.
