釋曰：初句標三界也。如次除後三者，如次者，已下諸義配上初句，故言如次也。除後三者，明欲界繫。於欲界中有十九根，除後三無漏根，由彼三根是不繫故。

Explanation: The first line designates the three realms. 'In order, exclude the last three': 'In order' means matching the subsequent meanings to the first line above, hence it is said 'in order'. 'Exclude the last three' clarifies what is bound to the desire realm: within the desire realm there are nineteen faculties, excluding the last three undefiled faculties, because those three faculties are unattached [to any realm].
