解云：第一、異熟生等，等取威儀、工巧、非數習者，及有覆無記色等，此等諸法勢力劣故，唯法俱得。

The explanation states: In the first, "born of karmic maturation and the like," "and the like" includes postures, crafts, non-habitual actions, obstructed neutral matter, and the like; because these dharmas have weak force, they have only acquisition simultaneous with the dharma.
