4.80

第四、道類忍等，等取相應心、心所也。謂道類忍是向道攝，至道類智是果道攝，得果道中捨向道故，故道類忍無法後得。

In the fourth, "patience regarding the category of the path and the like," "and the like" includes the associated mind and mental factors. Namely, patience regarding the category of the path is subsumed under the path of the approach (pratipannaka), while arriving at the category knowledge of the path is subsumed under the path of the fruit; upon obtaining the path of the fruit, one relinquishes the path of the approach, hence patience regarding the category of the path lacks acquisition subsequent to the dharma.
