6.65

過現與二因者，謂同類、遍行二因與果，通過、現世。現在世與果者，謂此二因有等流果無間生故。過去與果者，謂有隔念等流果也。

'Two causes give in the past and present' means that the two causes, similar (sabhāga) and universal (sarvatraga), give results through both the past and present times. Giving results in the present time means that these two causes have an outflow result arising without interval. Giving results in the past means having an outflow result separated by moments.
