為大唯一因者，前句「造」字流至此中，應言造為大，唯一因也。謂所造色望四大種但為一因，謂異熟因，由身、語二業能招異熟大種果故。

"And only one cause for the great": the word "derived" from the previous line carries over here, meaning that derived matter is only one cause for the great elements. That is, derived matter in relation to the four great elements serves only as one cause, namely, the fruition cause, because bodily and vocal karmas can bring about fruition great elements as their effect.
