7.41

此復從九生者，此色界善心復從九心生，謂於十二心中，唯除欲界二染污心，及除無色無覆無記，所以可知。

"This again arises from nine": this wholesome mind of the form realm again arises from nine minds. That is to say, among the twelve minds, only the two defiled minds of the desire realm and the unimpeded neutral [mind] of the formless realm are excluded; the reasons can be understood.
