識正結生蘊者，若於母胎等正結生時，一剎那位五蘊名識，受生識強，故別標識。

"Consciousness is the skandhas at the exact moment of rebirth-linking": when rebirth-linking is directly taking place in the mother's womb or the like, the five skandhas of that single moment are called consciousness. Because consciousness is dominant at the time of taking rebirth, it is specifically designated as consciousness.
