一云，雖是不執受大種聲而是內聲；一云，依下決擇，化人有似心故，無妨亦說似因執受大種聲。

One states: Although it is a sound of unappropriated great elements, it is an internal sound. Another states: Relying on the Viniścayasaṃgrahaṇī below, because an emanated person has an apparent mind, there is no harm in also saying that it is an apparent sound caused by appropriated great elements.
