又解：初句謂種子依於現行，名所隨依止性，種為能隨依止現識故；後句顯此現行所隨依止識附於前種子能依止性，更互相依二俱名心。

Another explanation: The first phrase refers to seeds depending on manifest activity, being named that which is conformed to by nature as support, because the seeds are the conforming dependents upon the manifest consciousness; the latter phrase reveals that this manifest consciousness that is conformed to as support depends upon the dependent capacity of the preceding seeds: being mutually dependent, both are named citta.
