故廣百論、破勝論云：汝我一不動，何能發業？彼反難云：汝心心所亦一非動法，何能發業？
Therefore the Śataśāstrakārikā-bhāṣya, in refuting the Vaiśeṣikas, says: Your self is single and immobile; how could it initiate action? They countered with an objection, saying: Your mind and mental factors are also single and non-moving dharmas; how could they initiate action?
