十三、可轉生處，生時二緣未合，謂父母等未和合，禽獸等非時，如獨生狐中等，時處未和故，或如謗解脫生地獄等，皆可轉故。

Thirteenth, the place of birth can change: when the two conditions for birth have not yet coalesced—meaning that the parents and so forth have not united, or for beasts and the like it is not the proper season, such as being born alone among foxes and so on, because the time and place are not yet harmonious; or as when slandering liberation causes birth in hell, and so forth—in all such cases it can change.
