有麻麥果者，有麻麥果，塞蔽產腹。如車螺形者，以寬大故。或有形曲，有穢有濁者，穴不順直難安子故，其處穢惡，津液渾濁，不堪攬之成所依故。

Regarding 'having hemp or barley fruit': there are growths like hemp or barley fruit blocking the birth canal. 'Shaped like a carriage shell': because it is wide and large. 'Or curved in shape, foul and turbid': because the opening is not straight and it is difficult to secure the child; that place is foul and evil, and the fluids are turbid, incapable of being drawn together to form the basis.
