下明風災。見實三昧經云：風災起時，眾生悉生第四禪已上，從二鐵圍中間，起大風災，名僧伽多，先吹遍淨天宮，兩兩相拍，散壞都盡，次吹光音已下宮殿，共相𢴤觸，令無形相，次吹大小諸洲、須彌山等，三千剎土下上散滅。

Below, the disaster of wind is explained. The Jianshi sanmei jing says: 'When the wind disaster arises, sentient beings are all born in the fourth dhyāna and above. From between the two Cakravāḍa ranges, a great wind disaster arises, named Saṃghāta. It first blows upon the palaces of the Śubhakṛtsna heaven, clashing them two by two, scattering and destroying them completely; next it blows upon the palaces from the Ābhāsvara downward, knocking them against one another so that they have no shape; next it blows upon the large and small continents, Mount Sumeru, and the like, scattering and destroying the trichiliocosm from below to above.'
