胡麻等聚體類別居，大造極微不同於彼，但如諸物石磨為末以水和合，可難分其性各別，是和雜不相離義。

An aggregation of sesame seeds and the like consists of entities of distinct types dwelling separately; the subtle atoms of the great elements and derived forms are not like that. Rather, it is like various substances ground into powder on a stone mill and mixed with water, whose individual natures can hardly be separated; this is the meaning of the non-separation of commingling.
