第四不以異意不以憤怒撓濁之心而惠施者，不以矯詐別有所期名不以異意也。
The fourth, 'not giving with an ulterior motive, nor with an irritated, turbulent mind': not [giving] with deceit or anticipating something else is called 'not giving with an ulterior motive.'
