第二明法施中，初約經卷等辨施不施，二、云何菩薩方便不施下，問答重釋行施方便。

In the second, explaining the gift of Dharma: first, giving and not giving are distinguished with respect to scriptures and the like; second, from 'How does a bodhisattva skillfully not give?' downward, questions and answers re-explain the skillful means of practicing giving.
