以身語意下，總約三業明迴向發願及供養行而無放逸身業，初約敬田以明三，於疾病下，約悲田以明。

From "With body, speech, and mind" downwards generally clarifies the practice of dedication, making vows, and making offerings without heedlessness based on the three actions of the body: first, clarifying three based on the field of respect; from "Toward illness" downwards, clarifying based on the field of compassion.
