不於無常妄見為常等者，於四聖論苦相最麁，是故於中起於顛倒，非餘三諦。
'Not mistakenly seeing the impermanent as permanent', etc.: in the treatise on the four noble truths, the mark of suffering is the coarsest; therefore, inversions arise with respect to it, not the other three truths.
