'Obstacles to collecting wholesome dharmas' are the six obscurations. If one follows Master Ji's explanation: within the perfection of wisdom, it is separately opened into five points. The five points are: knowing the supreme benefit of good fruits is the first, namely, when one is able to attain bodhi, possessing the major marks and all virtues, etc.; thoroughly knowing good causes is the second, namely, the practices of the six perfections, etc.; thoroughly knowing inverted and non-inverted good causes and fruits is the third, namely, forming understandings of permanence, pleasure, self, and purity, etc., are inverted causes and fruits, while forming understandings of suffering, impermanence, etc., are non-inverted causes and fruits; thoroughly knowing obstacles to good dharmas is the fourth, namely, thoroughly knowing obstacles to the six perfections, which are the six destinies such as stinginess; knowing the supreme benefit of good fruits, seeking good causes, and with respect to cause and fruit knowing inversions without conceiving them as obstacles, etc., and thoroughly knowing obstacles to goodness, etc.—both paths of being able to swiftly keep them far away are the fifth.
