四、圓滿者，三聚律儀名戒圓滿，無邪見故名見圓滿，行住等威儀名軌則圓滿，無邪命乞求及說法等名淨命圓滿。

Regarding the fourth, 'perfection': the three clusters of moral disciplines are called perfection of morality; being free from wrong views is called perfection of view; deportment such as walking and standing is called perfection of conduct; being free from wrong livelihood in begging for food, preaching the Dharma, and so forth is called perfection of pure livelihood.
