言如來密意語言者，如密迹力士經說：如來祕要有三，謂身密口密意密，廣說如彼。
Regarding the phrase 'the Tathāgata's language of implicit intention': as the Guhyakādhipatinirdeśa-sūtra says, the Tathāgata's secrets are three, namely: the secret of body, the secret of speech, and the secret of mind; it is extensively explained as there.
