10.343

前中，初一不助事業。次一不共瘦病，基云：若准前卷十一種相，無問廣略，已如前辨，今此中但是彼十一相，初者謂於事業同助伴。第二於苦為助伴，此中不說第六虎狼獅子等畏。若依前卷，無問廣略，助伴令為第一樂事助伴。

Among the former, the first is not assisting in undertaking tasks. The second is not accompanying the emaciated and sick. Ji says: If based on the eleven marks in the preceding fascicle, regardless of whether broad or concise, they have already been distinguished as above; here they are simply those eleven marks. The first refers to being an assistant in undertaking tasks. The second refers to being an assistant in times of suffering. Here, the sixth—fears such as tigers, wolves, and lions—is not mentioned. If based on the preceding fascicle, regardless of whether broad or concise, being an assistant in pleasant matters is made the first.
