10.42

今此新論云：一二等分明不知，就也中一一例有二段，一、引經說成勝解，二、諸於已下彌勒菩薩，釋經意。一、於三寶願供，二、神通願得，三、於二諦願證，第四、第五願於因果理中通達，六願得菩提。

Now this new treatise clearly enumerates one, two, and so forth, which was not known [previously]. In each of them there are uniformly two sections: first, citing the sūtra's explanation to establish resolute faith; second, from 'all with respect to' onward, Bodhisattva Maitreya explains the meaning of the sūtra. First, towards the Three Jewels, the vow to make offerings; second, the vow to attain spiritual superknowledges; third, towards the two truths, the vow to realize them; fourth and fifth, the vow to thoroughly penetrate the principle of cause and effect; sixth, the vow to attain bodhi.
