10.43

泰云：於應得義者，菩提有大義利名之為義，於應得大菩提故云於應得義，七修行菩提方便，八願解了十二分教。

Tai says: as for 'the meaning to be attained', bodhi has great benefit, which is named 'meaning'; because it is towards the great bodhi that ought to be attained, it is called 'the meaning to be attained'; seventh, the cultivation of the skillful means of bodhi; eighth, the vow to understand the twelve divisions of teachings.
