謂能堪耐除遣有苦有情眾苦，所有勤苦者，由彼有情有眾苦故，菩薩化彼生於疲倦能忍受也。
Regarding "being able to endure all the toil of eliminating and dispelling the manifold sufferings of suffering sentient beings": because those sentient beings have manifold sufferings, the bodhisattva is able to endure the weariness generated by transforming them.
