解自性中，測云：言其心勇悍、堪能者，即是下擐甲精進。攝受無量善法者，即是下攝善法。利益安樂一切有情者，即是下饒益有情。今判其心勇悍，是下釋甲，堪能攝受善法，是下攝善。

In explaining its intrinsic nature, Ce says: The statement "its mind is valiant and capable" refers to the vīrya of putting on armor below. "Gathering immeasurable wholesome phenomena" refers to gathering wholesome phenomena below. "Benefiting and bringing peace and happiness to all sentient beings" refers to benefiting sentient beings below. Now it is determined that "its mind is valiant" explains the armor below, and "capable of gathering wholesome phenomena" is gathering the wholesome below.
