遂求中，云一者、於諸毒藥乃至能息能成呪術所依靜慮者，菩薩依定能息諸毒藥乃至災患亦能成也。

Under 'accomplishing wishes', regarding the statement 'first, the dhyāna relying on which one can quell poisons and so forth, up to pacifying and accomplishing incantations': relying on meditative absorption, a bodhisattva is able to quell poisons and so forth, and even pacify calamities, as well as accomplish them.
