10.536

言是大白法溟者，一切白法中最為大故。名大白法海者，一切白法皆攝入中不離此六故。大寶泉池者，涌生功德無窮盡故。

Regarding 'the vast ocean of pure dharmas': it is the greatest among all pure dharmas. It is called 'the ocean of vast pure dharmas' because all pure dharmas are subsumed within it and are not separate from these six. It is 'a spring-pool of great jewels' because its surging generation of merits is inexhaustible.
