顯示出苦不退行者有勇決者，景云：為說見修二道出苦之行名不退還。三神變者，神通輪、記心輪、教誡輪也。

Regarding 'revealing the courageous and resolute who practice without regression to escape suffering': Jing states: Explaining to them the practice of escaping suffering on the two paths of seeing and cultivation is called non-regression. The three supernormal transformations are the wheel of supernormal power (ṛddhiprātihārya), the wheel of reading thoughts (ādeśanāprātihārya), and the wheel of instruction (anuśāsanīprātihārya).
