一切種，七中。景云：初五是行，後二是果。安處一分所化有情者，簡取三乘種姓故名一分。於善資糧守護長養等者，三乘道前七方便行總是資糧，或依小乘出離或依大乘出離，出離方便亦名出離，如今所化於善資糧守護長養彼地前行。如是或下類，釋見修離障攝善。

Under "all aspects," among the seven [points], Jing says: "The first five are practice, and the latter two are fruition. 'Settling one portion of sentient beings to be converted' refers to selectively taking the gotras of the three vehicles, hence termed 'one portion'. Regarding 'safeguarding and nourishing the provisions of virtue, etc.': the seven preparatory practices prior to the path of the three vehicles are all provisions. Whether relying on the abandonment of the Hīnayāna or relying on the abandonment of the Mahāyāna, the expedients for abandonment are also called abandonment; just as currently those to be converted safeguard and nourish the provisions of virtue, which are the practices prior to those stages. In this way, the subsequent clauses from 'or…' explain the abandonment of obstacles and gathering of virtue in the paths of seeing and cultivation by category."
