言亦不分別一切種類都無有性者，遍計所執定性身雖彼不有，而因緣身法不得言無，故言亦不分別一切都無性，則離損減執。

When it says, 'nor conceptualizing that all types are completely devoid of nature': although the body of parikalpita-grasped definitive nature is not existent there, the dharma of the body of causes and conditions cannot be said to be non-existent; hence it says 'nor conceptualizing that all are completely devoid of nature', which is freedom from the grasping of deprecation.
