基云：說正智觀依他不分別有性故入一味真如義。若依前解則說二重說二智之業用。若依後解，則重明二智之業用。第三、正明體，今此明業用也。若約位者，第一在地前加行道中，第二入地以去乃至七地以前。第三、在八地以上乃至九地。第四、十地為止之入於佛地。

Ji says: 'It explains that fundamental wisdom contemplates the dependent [nature] without conceptually discerning an existent nature, thereby entering the meaning of single-flavor tathatā. If following the former interpretation, it twofoldly explains the functional activity of the two wisdoms. If following the latter interpretation, it re-explains the functional activity of the two wisdoms. The third directly explains the essence; here, this explains the functional activity. In terms of stages: the first is on the preparatory path prior to the grounds; the second is from entering the grounds up to before the seventh ground; the third is on the eighth ground and above, up to the ninth ground; the fourth is taking the tenth ground as calm abiding and entering the Buddha-ground.'
