義曰：異是有法滅是無滅，一是過去一是現在，相貌雖有相似不可攝入滅相。

The meaning is: Change is an existent phenomenon, whereas cessation is a non-existent cessation; one is past and one is present. Although their aspects bear some resemblance, it cannot be subsumed under the characteristic of cessation.
