若言一者至不應道理者，小生生本生而與大生一，亦大生生諸行即與諸行一，是故計別有生即名唐捐，乃至不應道理。

Regarding "If one says they are one... up to... it is unreasonable": The minor arising gives rise to the root arising and is one with the major arising, and the major arising gives rise to conditioned phenomena and is thus one with the conditioned phenomena; therefore, positing a separate arising is called futile, up to being unreasonable.
