若言異者至不應理者，小生望大生體相各異而生大生者，則應小生與行異實能生行體，以俱異故，故不應理。

Regarding "If one says they are different... up to... it is unreasonable": If the minor arising, relative to the major arising, is distinct in substance and characteristic and yet gives rise to the major arising, then the minor arising, being distinct from conditioned phenomena, should genuinely be able to give rise to the substance of conditioned phenomena, because both are distinct; therefore it is unreasonable.
