法施設中，云次第結集，安置制立者，基云：結集謂經，安置謂摩呾理迦，制立謂毘尼。又二乘法，又次第集其文安置集其義，制立諸學處法。

In the designation of dharmas, regarding 'sequentially compiling, depositing, and establishing': Ji says: 'Compiling refers to the sūtras, depositing refers to the mātṛkā, and establishing refers to the vinaya. Alternatively, it refers to the dharmas of the two vehicles; or sequentially compiling their text, depositing and compiling their meaning, and establishing the various rules of training.'
