菩薩相品第一者，菩薩地四處此為第二，初持瑜伽處正明所學之法，此處明能學人之學所學已成菩薩相，隨前所學之法而起修故名隨法瑜伽處。

Regarding "Chapter One: Characteristics of the Bodhisattva": Of the four stages in the *Bodhisattvabhūmi*, this is the second. The first, the Stage of Yoga of the Supports, directly explains the teachings to be learned. This stage explains that the person capable of learning, having learned what was to be learned, has accomplished the characteristics of a bodhisattva, and undertakes practice in conformity with the previously learned teachings; hence it is named the Stage of Conforming to the Yoga of the Dharma.
